Location: It is located in the northern side of Hama city, on typographical land of slight slopes not exceeding 7%. Being near the Orontes River, it has a special importance from the touristic and environment points of view and it is an attractive site for the investors and the ability to use the multi-storey buildings with high altitudes suitable with the slopes.

The Urban character: It was a random group of residing buildings of one-storey which was demolished due to being contrary. It is currently (sport courts + Fields)
